Kenyan Peaberry
Produced only when one half of the coffee “cherry” develops
– therefore forming a rounded “pea” shape – this
gives this smooth & positive coffee it’s name. Distinctive flavour.

Kenyan AA
Medium roasted. Pure Arabica Bean. Sharp flavour – popular quality
coffee.

Mocha
Ethiopian coffee. The beans are of an irregular shape. A rich tasting coffee
with an individual taste – “spicey/gamey”. This coffee
can be drunk on it’s own or blended with Mysore or Java.

Mysore
Indian coffee. Mild “creamy” coffee. If blended with Mocha
gives a unique and satisfying flavour.

Colombian
A medium roast, non-acidic, strong, well rounded, nutty taste - most popular
in the USA.

New Guinean
Good aroma – similar acidic characteristics to those of the Kenyan

Sumatra Lingtong
“Mellow – rich” – low in acidity – ideal
for those who drink their coffee with milk – a highly value coffee.

Decaffeinated
Medium Roast of a blend of central American coffees, the caffeine is extracted
by steam but does not impair the flavour - good bedtime drink.

Water Processed Decaffeinated
A fine Central American coffee, decaffeinated by a Swiss water process
without the use of chemicals.

Monsooned Malabar
Indian coffee. Pure Arabica Bean. “Clear/mellow” pure coffee
matured in the monsoons of India. Rich mellowness.

Jamaican Blue Mountain
Jamaica Blue Mountain is probably the most famous coffee in the world
and certainly one of the rarest and most expensive. The raw coffee is
imported in wooden barrels and when roasted has a “mellow”
full bodied flavour and an excellent aroma.

Hawaiian Kona
The only coffee commercially cultivated in the United States, grown in
small quantities on a unique lava soil. Aromatic, full bodied but “delicate”
flavour, a rare, and to many people, the finest coffee in the world.

Blue Mountain Blend
Strong, sharp flavour blended to resemble the original Blue Mountain Coffee
from Jamaica - good daytime coffee.

Dry processed. “Rich and Mellow”.

Old Brown Java
Named after the old Government Java coffees. This coffee has a “mature,
subtle, mellow” flavour with good body & strength. “Spicey,
aged” coffee.

Maragogype
A jumbo sized Bean, produced in very limited quantities. This “strong”,
distinctively flavoured coffee originated in Brazil but is now produced
in other Central American countries.

Venezulan
VERY RARE. Low in acidity, “sweet and delicate” flavour with
a good aroma.

Yemeni Mocha
The Republic of Yemen is the official birthplace of coffee – despite
Ethopia’s arguments!. This coffee is dried with fruit attached to
the beans and the husks are removed by millstone which accounts for the
irregular shape of the Bean. Full bodied flavour – unique “winey”
flavour.

Guatemalan
Much prized Central American coffee - Rich & full flavoured with a
fruity acidity & good body.

Extra Fancy Australian Skybury
Queensland - A rare & unusual coffee grown in small quantities
on an unique lava soil. Aromatic, full bodied but delicate flavour and
to many people the finest coffee in the world.

Nutty, distinctive brazilian flavour - these guys are the largest producer
of coffee in the world. Good all-rounder if you don't know your coffee

High Roast Decaffeinated
A blend of Central American coffees with the caffeine extracted by a special
water steaming process then highly roasted until the Beans become black
and oily, giving a “strong, bitter & continental” taste
without the stimulant effect of a non-decaffeinated coffee.
